Consulting is helping a team get to a place where they have never been nor do they know how to get to on their own.
We meet with you as the leader of the practice and as part of the team to determine your goals for the practice. We perform a practice analysis to determine where you may need assistance. We then tailor a program around your goals and needs. No two physical therapists or practices are alike and no two should be coached alike. Our coaching has stood the test of time having averaged over 20% increase in practice production and collections. We also have helped reduce overhead in practices by implemented efficient systems and tools to keep on top of your practice.
You went to school to learn physical therapy, not run a business. We can help you to learn to do both.
